Welcome to Bilcona Classifieds. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions, which are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000.

1. User Obligations

By registering on this platform, you agree that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
  • You will not post misleading, false, or fraudulent listings.
  • You will not post content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or violates intellectual property rights.
  • You are strictly prohibited from listing items banned or restricted under Indian law.

2. Wallet, Memberships, and Payments

  • All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Wallet balances, Cash Welcome Awards, and Referral Bonuses are non-transferable to other users and can only be used or withdrawn as per platform policies.
  • Membership fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in a specific promotional offer.
  • Withdrawal requests are subject to verification and may take up to 3-5 business days to process.

3. Content Moderation & Termination

We reserve the right to review, reject, or delete any listing or user account without prior notice if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activities, or breached Indian laws.

4. Limitation of Liability

Bilcona Classifieds acts solely as an intermediary (as defined under Section 79 of the IT Act, 2000). We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the items advertised or the truth or accuracy of the listings. Transactions are solely between the buyer and the seller.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
